Lasers POI locking

I have several laser sights but only one, BEAMSHOT has a jam screw that locks the horizontal and vertical adjustments. Even my wife's CT laser grips do not have a locking screw that locks the adjustment screws after establishing POI. I also have a couple of AR light/laser combinations that do not have locks. ARs may not be critical due to mild recoil, but my Glock 45 and 10mm violently recoil. Are there any remedies to enhance the adjustment screws so they do not vibrate and lose POI? Perhaps it is not needed, but my 10mm really recoils. I thought about using mild LOCKTIGHT but am fearful. I also thought about fishing rod tip and feral cement.

I wouldn't modify them or use anything on them without proof they were moving, and once you do, you will be confined to using the same loads

Loctite 222 (purple) should do the job for jobs where standard blue thread locker might be a bit much.

Only brand I trust. Getting the laser as close as possible to the bore is a must.

I used green lock-tite and let it dry completely. I made sure treads had started before applying stuff. Good stiff resistance. Thx to all.
