Maybe good for the BG's face as opposed to firing a shot? Not sure how legal this would be or what kind of range it would have though.

I'd guess it would probably be able as legal as burning him with a match or a lighter.

It's not lethal force, but you'd still want to check out your local laws and just how much trouble you could get in for it.

I have often thought that the Tazer was just the first generation of energy weapons. This is not nearly good enough to be a true weapon, but its coming. I some time feel like I am living in a hardwire novel..
