Laser Rifle Scopes

I see where Burris has a new laser range finding rifle scope called the Eliminator.
If it works as advertised it seems to me that it would be the perfect set-up in a rifle scope.
There's other laser range finding rifle scopes on the market, has anyone on this forum had any experience with them?

I have a feeling they would be illegal for big game hunting in Oregon. I will look at the regs, but I am sure for archery you can not have any electronic do-dads on your bow. I don't remember what it says about rifle.

Of course, for varmits that would not apply.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm not really concerned much about the weight, the scope will being going on a bull barrel gun that's packed very little.
However I am concerned with how well they work.
If I don't go with one of them I will most likely choose a Nightforce scope with the NP-1RR recticle and they certainly are not light weight.

That Scope would be a No-Go in Idaho. No Electronic scopes on a rifle here Except last year they revised the law so you could use illuminated cross-hairs. It could however be used on Coyotes and other "non-game" animals.
