Lanyard loop MSH help

Looking for a close GI replica, arched MSH with a lanyard loop.

For an older Springfield Mil-Spec...I have replaced the housing of a newer SA Mil-Spec that had the internal lock but with a flat one with no loop, except for switching the spring and retainer around, it required no fitting and was a drop-in fit, looking for a specific part that does not require extensive fitting...

Thanks, JJ

S&A makes arched, grooved mainspring housings with lanyard loops.
There are always original and replica MSHs on ebay.

I don't think the checkering on the S&A is original. The 1944 drawing I have shows a 60° 16 PI knurl on a 15/32" radius, making a diamond pattern rather than the straight-across and up and down groove pattern. Pretty much like this one. But my drawing has no lanyard loop.

Later G.I. pistols had serrated housings, so that would be the correct match for the serrated hammer, slide stop, etc., on the Springfield.
