Jim Murnak at Fist Holsters has designed a concealable holster for ladies that is comfortable to wear. He sent out test holsters to several ladies to test and made modifications until he got it right. My wife was one of the testers. He designed her a holster for a full size pistol,a Glock 17. Most holsters dig into ladies ribs but this one is very comfortable. My wife's has the easy on/easy off option and it is much nicer than a paddle.
