had the right to protest peacibly under the 1st A, he had the right to carry a gun under the 2nd A. He had the right to defend life and limb endowed unto him by his Creator. I wish I were on the jury panel to vote NOT GUILTY for Kyle on all counts even if the jury were to be hung.
