Can you guys give me the pros and cons on each. I need to get a new holster for carrying and IDpa i will be carrying a kimber and a sigpro.
 
There is no "advantage" to leather - it's just better.

Function first, get plastic.

I like leather for everything but IWB - unless the leather IWB is reinforced and wont colapse.
