Just wanted to take an oppertunity and give kudos to Springfields customer service. I recently on april 16 sent the slide of my xd9 sub in for refinishing due to small rust dots. They were closed for inventory for a week following and I was made aware of that before sending. I received the slide back yeserday and it looks great. Pretty good turnaround time considering that week for inventory and the flooding they had.
