Up through the first 200 rounds my Kel-Tec P32 functioned flawlessly. However, in the last 150 rounds or so I had begun having numerous feed jams and premature slide locks. My P32 was an early model SN 06XXX and I figured perhaps it needed some upgrades. I also sent $20 along to have the hard chrome upgrade on the slide, barrel, and pin. So I sent it off to Kel-Tec via FedEx Priority Overnight on Monday morning.
Well, Kel-Tec had the pistol back to me on Thursday!!! One day turn around for a hard chrome upgrade, "fluff and buff", and replaced internal components isn't too bad at all! And all I had to pay was the $20 for the hard chrome. The repairs and return shipping were done at no cost to me.
I just wanted to thank Kel-Tec for their outstanding customer service. I may have to pick up a P11 or a Sub-9 to show my gratitude!
By the way, if you own a P32 with a blued or parkerized slide, GET THE HARD CHROME UPGRADE! It looks fantastic.
Oh, and yes, no malfunctions in the 50 rounds I put through the gun yesterday.
