KRD 10-round Magazines for 1911

Does anyone have any experience with KRD's 10-round magazines for 1911's? How reliable are these things?

KRD is the manufacturer that makes the 17-round South African magazines for Browning High Power. Apparently, the 10-round 1911 mags were also made as "military contract" for Argentina.

Any thought or suggestion will be appreciated.

I think when it comes to 10-rounders you should spend a little more and buy best-quality Ed Browns or Wilsons.

I use only 8-round Mag-Packs, carry and competition.

Your advice is appreciated. However, do you have any experience with the KRD 10-round 1911 mags for Argentinan contract?

That is really what I'd like to know...

I recently bought and returned 9 of the krd 10 round 1911 mags. Basically they are crap.Don't waste your money. I got my money back minus about $15 for shipping both ways. They wouldn't lock the slide back, drop free and I had trouble getting them to lock in the gun. I tried them in my kimber custom. I also have krd 17 round highpower mags. They are great. The 1911 mags aren't.
