So, does anyone know what killed the Knoxx Sidewinder? I spent the last couple years drawing up a similar product and then my father ran across the Knoxx Sidewinder adapter kit for pump shotguns. I thought it was a great idea, but it is no longer in production???
 
I believe it was a few years back that Knoxx supposedly had some sort of fallout with a company who provided parts or was part of the production process somehow. Since then, no more Sidewinders.

...not sure why Knoxx didn't just work with someone else. Maybe the other company owned patents on the design or something.
 
As I recall they couldn't find a USA company that could make them to Knoxx's quality control standards, so they discontinued them. CaCrusin (Knoxx's marketing director) posted that info on another forum when he was asked why they were canceled.

Sure was a sweet idea.
