Knife law help please

I've been doing some research on knives and this PDF from handgunlaw is really good as it seems well researched.

I've also found this infographic from a site called KnifeUp.com and I've never heard of it before. Is it correct?

I'm still surprised ballistic knives are legal. I saw an episode of FPSRussia where he said he was gonna test out a ballistic knife and tons of comments said it was illegal, including a cop.

I believe Georgia has now included knives on the Georgia Weapons License which allows you to carry any size knife you wish. Without a license you are limited to knives less than five inches while in public.
