Sorry, but he can't. Only the judicial branch can do that, not the executive branch. Gore can protest the election in Florida, but judges are apparently very, very reluctant to require new elections. It's unlikely that Gore will get very far with an election protest (I hope...).

Well, isn't the judicial branch just chock full of Socialist commies? Anyway, Klintons been bypassing the constitution for 8 years...why not now? You think anyone who complains will be heard?

It has already happened. Janet Reno's "Justice" Departmenr is already in it. This is ths same Janet Reno who as District Attorney in Dade County was involved in (of all things) rigging an election.
