Kitchen-table FFL in Wisconsin needed

Hey Gents,

Until my C&R FFL is approved, I'd like to give my transfer business to a "little guy" someplace near me. Any friendly kitchen-table Type 01 FFL's in the area someplace between Racine and Milwaukee wanting to assist? No nonsense, no stress. Rather put pin-money into the pocket of a fellow enthusiast than into the cash register of the local high-dollar places.

Willie- how long ago did you send the application in? It's been about a year and a half since I got my 03 but it came back very quickly- about 3 weeks. So you may want to wait just a bit and end up not paying anyone any fees at all.
 
Not even applied yet... buying a new house and need to close before I have my address to submit. No sense to jump the gun, so to speak. I'm sure it'll come fast once I stick the envelope into the mail.

Plus there's a few modern things I want to add to the safe, thus the desire to find a local guy with an 01 FFL to develop a relationship with.
