Kimber TLE RL 2

Does anyone know of the Kimber TLE RL 2. I can buy one for $850.00 with only 50 rounds though it .Is this a good buy .I know some Kimbers have problems thank you

I will not ever own another Kimber with a "II" (or 2) in the name.

Quality isn't great. Customer service is worse.

For the money, you can do better. I'd take a Springfield Range Officer or Operator(if you want the rail). Or save up for the TRP or TRP Operator.

Springfield will have a lifetime warranty and excellent customer service.

The II refers to the grip safety used. 850 for a used Kimber TLE RL is getting up there in price. It is used, 50 rounds or not, you will not be the original owner. I have found Kimber CS to be better than the previous poster stated.

A look around will show what you can get it for new, thru the internet dealers.

I am not afraid of the Kimber full size 1911's at all, although the polymer MSH makes me cringe every time I look at the seam on the bottom of it. Yuk!!
