I have a Kimber fullsize, and a Kimber Compact, both in stainless.
Shooting the same amount of the same ammo, the fullsize gets filthier. The action, the rails, the lugs, seem to get more powder crud on them.
Is this a normal difference between fullsize and commander-length slide? Or should I supsect the timing on the fullsize gun? The lugs look fine, and are still sharp after a lot of rounds.
thanks,
Battler.
