Is there such a thing as "too many pistols"?
I don't think so! Yesterday, I went to the gun shop to pick up a little Taurus Ultra Light which I had ordered. They had a Kimber Pro Eclipse II right there in the show case. It also said "Custom Shop" on the side of the slide. I can't get it off my mind. Simply, it is a beautful .45ACP! All gray, even the grips! Night sights are standard and it has a four inch barrel. I'm looking at pictures of it right now in the Dec. issue of "Combat Handguns". It's a little different than the "Custom Shop" variety I looked so hard at yesterday. The custom has additional serrations on the front of the slide and a slightly different rear sight. I can't see any other differences.
Anyone have one of these beauties? How do they shoot? Are you happy with your purchase? It IS a very expensive pistol. It would really be a "heart-breaker" to buy a pistol THAT expensive, and have it not work as well as it looks.
