Kid burns house while mom sleeps.

A child in the Chattanooga area found a lighter and set the house on fire while his mother was asleep. Got to have safety locks on those things.

I'm not a smoker, but I understand that most of them ( at least here in Kal.) do have a "child safety locking device". Fella I work with says they're a real pain! Kids can work them as easy or easier than adults( smaller, more nimble fingers.
