Now I believe I've found another knife I cannot live without:

S60V blade steel
G10 handles
Speed-Safe AO (but evidently thumb-stub only; no flipper)
That's some hella-hard stainless steel - if properly heat-treated - anyone know the quality of Kershaw's heat treatment on S60V?
I've already got the Kershaw/Onion Leek in S30V/G10, but this Avalanche looks very sweet.
Another similar knife is the Kerhsaw "Boa", which DOES have the flipper, but uses 6061-t6 handles instead of G10. It also uses S60V blade steel:

Which one of these would you get. The Avalanche has more of a clip point, versus a drop point on the Boa, but pretty similar.
