I have to wonder if John Kerry ever actually had a hunting license. I saw on NRA News that he claimed that his favorite type of hunting was deer hunting and that he used a shotgun (a close range firearm save with slugs) and crawled on his belly. Thus he effectively said he'd been deer hunting.
Now what I have to wonder if Kerry has ever had a license to hunt deer. If isn't on record as having had one then he's either one: 1. Lying about being a deer hunter (the most likely option. 2. Kerry has just admitted to being a poacher (which would explain why he was using a short ranged weapon and crawling on his belly).
I know that NRA folks with resources look at this site. I'd like to know if any of them could find out whether Kerry has ever held a hunting license at any time. If no then get someone to ask where and with whom he hunted deer (without telling him you know he was unlicensed). When he names a time and place where he could not have hunted without a license then nail him with the poacher accusation.
Think about it. Its a long shot but if Kerry has to admit to lying about deer hunting then we win on that issue. If Kerry is a poacher he'll tick off the real hunters and anger the environmentalists. Its worth a shot for those of you with resources to investigate.
Remember that Democrats like to lie impulsively just to ingratiate themselves with whomever they're trying to woo. They don't think anyone will ever fact check, especially people like us who assume they're lying out of hand and further assume that no one calling them on it will get any traction with the liberal media.
