Keltec P-32 Dry Firing

I love my KT p-32, but it bothers me that the manual advises against dry firing. Rimfires I can understand, but a modern centerfire? Is this a case of an overcautious manufacturer? Any experiences/insight? Thanks

TN-popo, I don't begin to know why they'd advise against it unless they are afraid that the firing pins might break. A snap cap would be the answer I beleive. George
