Kel-Tek P-40 any good?

I have a Kel-Tek P-11 and think it is a great carry gun for the price. However, I have heard mixed reports about the reliability of the P-40. Does anyone have a P-40 who can advise me on its reliability and value? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to TFL. Perform a search on the P40, and I'm sure you'll get plenty of insite from the old posts and discussions we've had here. From what most have determined, stick with the P11 and be happy.

From what I've read there, people aren't all that pleased with the P-40.

the gun is really accurate but feels like a pit bull is biteing your hand every time you pull the trigger. spend the 250$ on something else trust me.
