Kel Tec service

The ejector on my KelTec P-11 broke recently, and I sent it in to the factory for repair.
Turned it around, including transportation in 7 days. Not bad at all.
This is the reason I own 2 Kel Tec products.

I sent a cracked slide catch back and they gave me a new one in 10 days turnaround time.

It took only 7 days (mailbox to mailbox) t have night sights installed on my slide.

Yeah, they do have good service. I had to send mine in three times. One because the gun came with a faulty ejector, once because the gun would jam all the time due to the fired case coming straight back into the nose of the next round in the magazine, and once due to a broken slide stop. Every time, they had the gun back in my hand within a week.

Unfortunately the gun was a piece of junk. It jammed left and right with every type of ammo I used.

Finally I got rid of it. Seems the customer service was better than the product. It'll be along time before I ever think of owning another Kel-tec. Although that P-32 looks like it might be a neat little toy.

As I posted on another board in this venue, I had a problem with my P-32 not extracting Fiocchi ammo. I must have hit everything just right because, after talking to the factory, I had a new extractor and spring for it, in two days. It works great.
