Well after all this Kel-Tec talk I decided to get one to keep my Guardian company. My dealer is going to send it out for me to get hard chromed he said it takes about 2 weeks. then I will fill out the paperwork and then she is mine. Hope I made a good choice but I keep hearing good things about them. :D

let us know how it goes.
i would polish the feed ramp with a dremel tool or 400/600 grit sandpaper. lube the slide rails & hammer/slide interface with a lght coat of grease.
see the "tec werks" link at www.ktog.org
and go the "lubrication guide" and "illustrated fluff & buff".
supposedly kel-tec does a little f&b on slides they send out to be chromed. you may want to shoot it first before you do anything f&b on the slide.

I have two, and they have both been reliable, right out of the box without any attention.

I polish the feed ramps on all my pistols as a matter of course, but haven't done so on these two, yet.

Good gun at a good price.

Just laid my Davis .32 on top of my Guardian... I think the Guardian might fit into that filter box too.

(However, with the way Davis's disasemble, there are MANY more sneaky ways to transport them...)

Check out WWW.KTOG.ORG and get the link to Jack Fusiliers web page which is referenced there. He'll do it in satin nickel very inexpensively, and give you quick turnaround.
Nickel is just about as good as hard chrome; you're unlikely to notice a difference.

Here's the direct link to Jack's site:

I had my P32 nickeled by Fusilier. It took less than ten days portal to portal. I prefer the nickel finish to the chrome. It doesn't look so "pimpy".

If you can buy the P-32 hard chromed, do it. The sights are more visible too!

I just bought a hard-chromed P32 for $260, found it at a local gun shop. I have to agree, the sight picture (such as it is) is definitely better - red dots on a light-colored slide. I haven't had a chance to fluff it up or fire it yet - can't wait! :D Now, to order that pocket-holster...
