Sent Kel-tec an e-mail on 4/19 and I was pleasantly surprized to get a phone call from them today. 'Cliff' was real nice and helpful and I asked him if there was any truth to the rumor that a .380 version of the P-32 was in the works. He said not at this time, but who knows what the future will hold? Maybe if they get bugged with alot of e-mails they might change their minds. I had been told that Kel-Tec didn't respond to their e-mail, this proves they do. I guess they are not a big enough company yet to develope an attitude. Keep up the good work!

A lot of times they don't respond to e-mails sent to their general address, unfortunately. Maybe they get too many to respond to. Usually though, when an e-mail is sent to a specific person like Cliff, you will get a reply.

In any case, if you call them, they are all very polite and helpful.
Did you e-mail Cliff about the .380 & that is why he called you? or did you just take the opportunity to ask him about it?
I'll bet they've gotten hundreds of e-mails about .380 rumors & I would be surprised if he called you specifically about that. Maybe they respond to a sample of them.

In answer to your questions, I e-mailed just to Kel-Tec in general, I didn't know Cliff till he called me in answer to a part I thought I lost (but later found) to my P11. I had given them my work phone number. Today when I got home I found a P11 owners manual that I had e-mailed a request for earlier last week. Again I just addressed Kel-Tec in general, Cliff told me they do respond to e-mail it just takes a little time depending on the volumn. Sadly, Cliff did say their are no plans for a .380 at this time.:)
