Kel-Tec 9mm

Hello all,
From what I have read, the Kel-tec 9mm seems to be better than its 40cal counterpart in the reliability dept (correct me if I am wrong) and I have a chance to buy one used for under $200.
The one thing that concerns me is the trigger pull. It is really tough. :(
Will it respond to dry firing and maybe some polishing?
I find the trigger pull to be atrocious.
I don't mind doing fluffing and buffing, it gives me something to do with that cute little dremel of mine. :D

Thanks in advance,
Mikey

My unscientific study of P-11 / P-40 reliability gives a definite edge to the P-11. Just based on postings I've read on this forum and 2 KT forums. Maybe the more powerful round in the same light gun tends to cause more problems. Of course, there are plenty of folks who have very reliable P-40s and swear by them.
There are a few things you can do for the trigger but it will never be a Glock trigger. Get the trigger shoe and make a trigger stop. The trigger shoe needs some work to make it stay on securely for extensive use. Go to http://www.ktog.org and click the "Tec Werks" link. Lots of good topics on how to improve it. It also takes practice too. It will never be a target pistol but it was designed for close range concealed carry and it fills that role well.
I like mine, had it nickel plated by Jack Fuselier - http://www.gunsmith.fuselier.com
