Only a rumor, probably came from speculation about whether they would make one now that NAA is making a Guardian .380.
Kel-Tec produces (or used to produce?) a .380 for sales overseas but that is in a P-11 size pistol, not a P-32 size.
If they ever tried to make a .380 in a P-32 size pistol, they would probably have to make it bigger as NAA did.

Yikes! Grendel flashback!
I thought this was a thread on Kelgren's first pistol, the Grendel P10 in .380. I was really excited when they came out. First one wasn't reliable. Neither was the replacement. Neither was its replacement. That was the end of my interest. I was happy to see that Kel-Tec pistols seem to work for people. An itty-bitty .380 would certainly sell.

Yep...it is the Grendel P12. Get one here, NIB, $174.
