Keeping a silencer in place

I have had much trouble with my Trident9 staying tight on my Sig. After 15 shots it will have come loose enough that I must tighten it on the barrel again. The can sometimes will work it's self loose from the recoil booster as well.

Is there anything that can be done to hold it in place?

My old TAC-9 and my .22 can will start to loosen up after they have several rounds through them but the Trident won't stay tight at all.

Try some teflon tape like is used on plumbing threads for a better temporary hold. Most any other sort of thread locking compound (like Loc-Tite or Rockset) holds too well and is too hard to remove.

I just put one small drop of blue Loc-Tite on the barrel threads and let it dry before screwing on the silencer. That provides enough hold to keep my Octane from loosening but its still pretty easy to unscrew it, and I don't need to re-apply the Loc-Tite very often.
