Can any Kansas TFLers help?

"When scrolling down the list of Tyranny response teams nationwide I noticed Kansas didn't have one.
I would like to start one, but my young age (I'm 16) hinders me from having much mobility (until I get a car) and I live in probably what is the least populace part of the state.
I would like to know if anyone from Kansas would like to help me here. I can perhaps start a small high school chapter, but running a statewide chapter isn't a challenge I want to take on (atleast not yet).
