This relates to the thread I started yesterday about a used Kahr P380 and questions on reliability.
I've found lots of references online (various threads) stating that different runs of serial numbers tend to correlate to more or less problems, with later numbers being generally less problematic.
The one I'm considering buying is in the RBxxxx series of numbers. I'm getting the sense that anything prior to serial numbers in the RCxxxx range were "older" models that were known to be problematic.
Does anyone know more about this? Which serial numbers were likely to have more problems?
