Kahr MP-9??

Anyone got the inside track on when this micro or mini polymer 9mm is supposed to come out from Kahr? It sounds great but I hear rumors it will be another year or so.
 
I will buy one the day it hits the dealers.

I just sent an email to Kahr yesterday and asked them what their plans are for releasing the MP9.

No reply yet. If I do hear back I will post the answer here.

Had a P9, loved it but traded it in for a smaller Colt Pocket Nine.

Have an MK40, plan to keep it forever. Simply a great package.

Can't wait to see the MP9 hit the street.

Yes, we have plans to come out with a MK9 in polymer. It will debut at the Shot Show and if all goes well will probably be available by the summer of 2002.

I'm getting one for sure but not right away. Think I'm better off waiting 'til they work the bugs out. My K9 Elite is one of my all time favorites but I don't feel comfortable experimenting with a new unproven carry gun.

This is the 9MM I'm waiting for too.

Summer 2002 is fine with me. However, I too am a little concerned by "the bug issue". I want to hear some opinions from owners and (for all the good it will do), read some reviews in the gun magazines.
