Kahr cw9

I like the Kahr CW9 well enough that it is my daily carry. For me, it fits my hands better, it points better, the recoil is low enough that I don't get tired of shooting it, the price is nice, it's reliable and it's light weight.

I spent two months researching and renting handguns before deciding on the CW9, and don't regret it one bit. Just wish I had more time/money to shoot it.

I had one for a few months until my daughter saw it and took it away from me. I liked the way it felt in my hand and the easy recoil. It concealed well for me. It seemed reliable and reasonably accurate for me. I would have bought another one but I sort of figure I may get it back sometime, but then again maybe not.

Good solid inexpensive pistols. I have a CW40 and CW45 as well as PM9s and KelTec PF9s, The CW9 shoots the softest of all of those, primarily due to size. Reliable and accurate. I much prefer the CW9 over the G26. The PM9 and PF9 are easier to carry. If that concerns you, look at the CM9 as well.

I have a CW9, as well as the CM9, and the CW and CM 45s. My EDC is the CM45. I like my CW9, it shoots accurately, and reliably. I like the Kahr trigger, as I have carried DA revolvers in the past. I also don't want a short, light trigger in a defense pistol. I think the Kahr trigger is perfect.

Great guns, great price. Whats not to like. I'm sure someone will be along soon to say the trigger sucks, but in reality, for a defense pistol, IMO its just right

bspillman: My Wife and I both have been carrying our Kahr CW-9`s for several years now. We both think our Kahr CW-9`s are the best choice for us. Even added Crimson Trace Laser Grips to both guns, and that makes them even better, we think especially at night. The triggers on both of our guns are just great. We find both guns very accurate and easy to both carry and shoot. And we are both able to shoot them very well. Recoil is very manageable for both of us and We are 72yrs & 73yrs old. I reload for 9mm`s and I really like the barrels on our guns because we can both shoot Hard Cast Lead bullets practicing at the range. And save the hotter Jacketed HP`s we buy, for carry loads. Also they both shoot to point of aim and are quick on target. And we have not had any type of trouble with either of our CW-9`s.
