1. If you were the guy in the car and shot the man after he started
attacking you, would it be a justified shooting?

Brain damage and death can result from a punch to the head.

2. Would you be justified in believing that his next action may involve
a weapon or attempt to take your life?

I do not know why the man was being told to move his car, either
way it is not the other mans business to enforce it with violence.

3. Would it be justified to shoot the men attacking the man who
was on the ground?

4. How do you feel about using deadly force to prevent someone from
using their body as a weapon?

5. Anyone have any examples of justified or unjustified shootings in
similar situations?

It is hard to believe that this sort of thing can go on all the time throughout the US, and it not be labeled terrorism.

I understand pick your battles, but come on...why should he have to move his car because 50cent over there says so....I personally would have unloaded my clip into them, as I can't see how that would not be self defense. If anything, I would expect an award for my swift removal of such abortion justifying wastes of human skin.

Would he have been justified? More than likely; I believe that it depends on the jurisdiction. Morally? Of course. If he is not endangering anyone, he has every right to park where he wants.

Realistically?

Just move the stupid car.

busting out the X5 window was stupid, though!

Much smarter to get back in the car, and "swerve" as you reverse, hoping to at least hit 1 of them. It would also be advised to watch out for that tricky transmission...you know, it just seems to go in and out of forward and reverse multiple times when running over "speedbumps" at the craziest times, officer.

While it does make sense to pick your battles and while I realize that laws vary....watching that video pissed me off. Whether or not I actually would have done so, I feel like shooting the guy would've been my first thought.

What also gets on my nerves is everyone else just standing back and watching this guy do this. Even three of those bystanders could've tackled this guy. No one even checked to see if the kid was ok as he was lying on the ground, no one! He could've have a concusion, he could've stopped breathing an people wouldn't have noticed because they were too busy yelling like a pack of ****ing monkeys.

That guy should spend the next decade looking at the inside of a jail cell.

I don't think it would be justified to shoot in that situation, since it was possible to leave before the attack and call the police. If it was Florida, it would be a different story and I'd probably make that guy look like a hunk of swiss cheese.

It looks like most of the bystanders, including the camera man, are "homies" of the attacker, which only reinforces my belief that I'm much more comfortable with a higher capacity pistol and a couple reloads. Though it's always possible that some might run when I ventilated the aggressive one, others might be armed and willing to jump into a gunfight.
