No doubt some of you read my posts regarding my new Beretta Jetfire. I own some small and powerful pistols for CCW, however I like to keep a "mouse gun" in my pocket when I'm around the house. Anyway, today I called a gun shop that is close to my house and asked what .25ACP they would recommend. The clerk gets a little pissed and says that he doesn't recommend ANY .25ACP ammo. This is the same guy who got mad when I said that I prefered Bushmaster over Colt. No wonder the dumba$$ has had a heart attack! I feel like talking to the shop owner. Several people I know have had "words" with this contrary, obnoxious guy. Just because you like something else this guy takes it as an insult. I feel like giving him a REAL insult.

Hot,
Will

Oleg,
I've been shooting Federal Hydra-Shoks and Fiocchi FMJ in my Kel-Tec P-32. Both brands have functioned well. The Fiocchi has never been a problem, as a matter of fact it feels pretty strong in the little .32. However, a couple of guys I shoot with have stopped using Fiocchi ammo. They say that they have had problems with it. Do you shoot Fiocchi in your P-32? Any problems?

Thanks,
Will

Tamara's reply makes good sense to me. She said:
"I used to have a Beretta 950BS 'Jetfire'. I always figured it was the next best thing to carry if I couldn't carry a gun. Although all the good ol' boys at the gun shop warn me that "the danger in shooting someone with a .25 is that they might find out about it and get mad at you.", I figured a mixed load of Glasers and Hornady XTP's would serve better than harsh language in a tight spot. The Browning Baby is a sweet little 'vestpocket' auto, limited in its utility only by its striker-type firing system and lack of a truly positive safety. I've also heard wildly varying reports of their feed reliability w/ frangibles and JHP's.."
One reason I didtrust .25 ACPs is that a friend of my father was shot eight times at point blank range with a .25 ACP Mauser automatic. Being justifiably provoked he drew and shot the attacker six times with a .357 Magnum.
He did not know that he had been hit until my father noticed spots of blood seeping through his white linen sport coat. Fortuneatly my father was a first aid instructor and gave him emergecy aid until an ambulance took him to the hospital. Three weeks later he ate dinner at our house.
