Just Got Some Cheap .45 ACP

I just received 2000 rounds of PMP (South African) .45 from Century at $7.75 per 50 round box DELIVERED! The shipment weighed almost 50 pounds, so having the freight paid is very welcome. Since I already had a good quantity of .45 on hand, and mostly shoot 9 MM and 22lr, this may amount to a lifetime supply for me.

I can also recommend the PMP Commercial .45acp. in the Gazelle Box. I bought and used a case about a year ago. I will try to order another. I just ordered a case of Federal Military Match .45acp. It is dirty and smokey. The PMP is much hotter than the Federal Military Match and a better bargin.:)
 
PMP is good ammo. I jsut got a 1000 rounds not long ago. I may ahve to order another thou. (Note to self: Look into re-enforcing the basement floor undr the ammo pile)
 
PMP is good ammo, I've shot a case of it (9mm). However, the 2000 rounds will go quick. Especially with that much around, you'll find yourself grabbing 4 boxes everytime you head to the range.

You forgot to mention that the $7.75/box was for dealers/C&Rs, IIRC. Everyone else has to pay $10.45/box. I like the PMP, I use it in both my AR and my 1911, but the .45 stuff is dirty and smells a little funny (or maybe I'm just spoiled from shooting WinClean :confused: ).

No, I'm not a dealer and have no FFL. I called, I asked, and they sold it to me. Someone else had already mentioned this deal on the Internet. So far as I know, this is a sale price available to anyone.

Would you let me know where you got the ammo? Web-site and/or phone number?

I'm beginning to see the floor under my ammo pile so it's time to re-stock. ;)

You should call Century Arms at 800-527-1252 and ask for the sale price. Their web address is www.centuryarms.com. New customers have to send them i.d. proving age and copy of their disclaimer form. I faxed this stuff to them and it took them some hours for this info to get into their files so that I could buy.
