Just bought an Astra Cadix

It's in s&w.32 long. cost NZ$150 and ok condition(needs a good clean though)
does anyone have any experiance with these guns?
favorite ammo or reloading tips?
I'll try and upload a photo tomorrow night
 
These Were Decent Guns And Quite Accurate.

Rather rare in the 32S&W LONG caliber too I might add, at least over on this side of the pond.
It'll shoot any 32S&W LONG cartridge plus the 32S&W to boot.
All the loading manuals have data for the 32S&W LONG and some have loading data for the 32S&W.
 
I asked a question on the Cadix here awhile ago. Somebody said it was the "economy" line to the other Astra revolvers. A pawn shop near me has one and I've always been tempted to buy it (100 USD) but its got a lot of play in the cylinder.

couldn't get to the club tonight......

so i'll have to wait till next week to post the photo -I dont have my B cat licence(pistol) yet so it's being kept by one of the armourers -who was impressed with the trigger.
seemed ok at the show and several people i know here have said good things about them, will let you know how it is when i finaly get to shoot it :cool:

and a marlin 57 .22
mostly just for fun at the range - but theres been several real unlucky possums in the area :D
