Just Another Winchester 94

Well, last weekend I was finally able to talk my buddy out of a beautiful Pre-64 Winchester Model 94. He's been keeping this gun in his closet for years and has never shot it and I have been after it for most of that time. This gun is immaculate. The wood is beautiful and the metal work is excellent, no noticeable dings at all. I have another Pre-64 Model 94 but this one eclipses it by far. This one was made in 1962. Hopefully the photos will show some of it's beauty.

Wow! comes immediately to mind. You picked up a very fine looking gun indeed. The wood is amazing for an off the shelf gun. Congrats.

Very nice indeed, I bet this was a step up model. I've never seen wood that nice on an entry level model. I wish mine looked half that good.

Brings back memories. When I was 13 years old my father bought me a rifle just like his. A Winchester model 94 30-30 that was 1960. A year later my Mom died 6 months later he took off with my 22 & 30-30 , never saw them again. Would have loved to crack the 22 over his head, not the 30-30. Its a beauty. Good Luck With It.
