its serial number, 2666633 does it fire 2 3/4 in shells or 2.5 also can you tell me the choke sizes? the date of manufacture would be great, thanks in advance alan

We're going to need more info to give you a date of manufacture, but close-up pictures of the water table would probably give most of this info right away (depending on the manufacture date); if you take the barrels off the receiver, and get some clear pictures of the markings on the bottoms of the barrels, that'll probably give all the info you've asked for.

Any pics? Love drillings. I have a 1925 F. Kettner in 16 and it is 2.5" Get it measured by a gunsmith!

chamber size and chokes should be stamped on the barrel flats - 70mm is 2-3/4, 65 is 2-1/2; chokes will typically be in mm designations - there might be two numbers like 18.6 and 18 for example - one is the barrel bore dimension, the other is the bore at the muzzle - subtracting one from the other gives you a choke size; otherwise it might have a designation for example like 1/4 or 1/2 or similar
