They were originally made by Pachmayr and Herret's Stocks, Inc. but I don't think either of these companies is still making them. They may be reasonable places to start looking however.

unless you have really large hands get the open back style. Jordon designed these grips to fit his hands, and he had big hands even for someone 6'6".

Check Pachmayr. I have a pair my wife gave me for our first anniversary ten years ago.
I really like the Jordan Trooper grips. Then again I liked the old S&W Magna-Target grips also.
