I'd like to give a thumbs up to Jonathan Ciener, Inc.
I bought one of their .22 conversions for 1911 a couple of years ago. Accuracy was good . . . .better than the Colt units I've had. The magazines are easier to load than the Ace type mags. Never had a jam with it either. Only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't lock the slide back on the last round like the Colt and Jarvis units do.
Last time out though, the barrel lug came off. I sent the unit to the factory last week and got it back today with a new barrel. . . .no charge.
Hope it shoots as well as the last one.
Kinda refreshing to get quick service like this having dealt with the likes of Colt in the past.
I'm grinnin' like the butcher's dog right now.
