Isnt brandishing a reason to loose your ccw?, since it apparently stops attacks our law must have it backwards ...fubsy...
 
fubsy--FWIW, in my state, when a concealed handgun licensee "intentionally fails to conceal the handgun" (IOW, brandishes), it is a defense to prosecution that he or she did so under circumstances in which deadly force would have been justified.
