I see today John ban guns kerry is in Switzerland having delusional thoughts and trying to get the swiss upset. We need Judge Sam Alito added to team America! And vote Kerry, Kennedy, Clinton, and Finkstien out of office.

Opinions?

Sorry. John Kerry is in Switzerland today, and he's calling for a Filibuster on Judge Alito. It is the 1st time in American history a politician has done this from a foreign land. He has his usual crew on board with him, Kerry, finstien, Kennedy, and of course Hillary Clinton. I find this dishonorable and very selfish.

(yawn) Kerry & Co. have to go through the motions to keep their far-left supporters happy. It's just politics...

As much as I dislike Kerry and his cohorts, I fail to see what's dishonorable about that statement. It's politics as usual...he has to grandstand in order to appeal to his liberal constituency in MA, and he needs to keep himself in the spotlight if he wants another shot at the nomination in 2008. The fact that he's currently in Switzerland doesn't seem relevant to me.

Clinton, Kerry, Feinstein, Kennedy, and company are merely grandstanding somemore. If the news just ignored them and their filibuster, they would not call for one. They all seek and crave glory so one or all of them will get back in office.

Was that guy in Vietnam or something? I thought I heard he was.
I cant wait to hear him speak again. I laugh till i'm fit to bust.

Yeah, he did only 90 days of a year-long combat tour, and then worked his way (via 3 PHs from minor [one from the thumper he fired, which he didn't know how to] flesh wounds) to being an Admiral's choagie-boy for the rest of his tour.

This is great now how do we get the rest of the cry baby liberals to leave the country. I believe we could come up with a large amount of donations to pay their way out of the country.:D

I've switched to Hunt's ketchup.....permanently!
I love these people that conveniently omit the point that it was ONLY those with known ties to terrorism.
Or highly suspected as such.
At a time of war no less!

John Kerry is a man ahead of his times. He spent Christmas in Cambodia--an event "seared" into his memory--in 1968 while Nixon was denying the presence of US forces there, even though Nixon didn't take office until 1969.

This whole Switzerland thing is a non-issue. If that's where the conference is, and if the conference is important enough for a U.S. senator to be there, that's where he (and probably other senators) should be. If he stayed home, people would be complaining that he's supposed to be there.

In regards to the Alito issue, I think this attempted filibuster is going to blow up in Kerry's face. I'm okay with that because I intensely dislike Kerry. But there are plenty of legitimate and significant reasons for disliking him without having to find trivial stuff to fret over.

No where were you asked to bookmark anything and no where was it depicted as the either a right or left leaning media organization.
It did however address the topic at hand which was Kerry's comments in Switzerland.

If you take exception to the sources provided you are more than welcome to provide your own.

Or you can simply heckle the ones provided.

Which option do you really find more productive?

Wow. Media matters leans a little left I'd say. This is great because it shows how scared the the mainstream left wing media is. Like I said, they no longer have control over information and it's killing their agenda.
