As was mentioned, this IS the Magnum Research Baby Eagle, the Uzi Eagle, or a couple of other varieties of CZ clone. I have the Baby Eagle in 9mm and am very happy with it [now that I finally finished the trigger job]. I was recently thinking of selling my S&W 40 cal [model 410] and buying a Baby Eagle to replace it: that is how much I like my baby eagle. The only thing is that I had to spend a LOT of time getting the trigger to the point I was happy with it. The CZ 75B 40 cal has a trigger that is MUCH sweeter out of the box.
I just like the Baby Eagle better for four reasons: one is that it fits my hand better; a second reason is that [actually, could be part of first] I have better control of the trigger in DA mode, due to my shortish index fingers [the CZ is just a tad longish]; a third reason is that the Baby Eagle/Jericho/Uzi Eagle come with a full-length frame under the slide, unlike the CZ that has about an inch of slide hanging out in front of the frame [actually, the Baby Eagle frame looks VERY like CZ's ISPC (?) competition frame]; and the last one is that I just like the looks better.
I am very happy with mine, but it took me quite a while to get the trigger to that point. I was NOT happy with the trigger out of the box. The CZ has a VERY nice trigger out of the box, and is basically the same gun. Plus, they are the originals, not a copy. The Witness and TZ are other copies of the same designe, but Baby Eagle/Uzi Eagle/ Jericho are all made by IMI in Israel and then exported.
good luck
