Jericho?

I was looking at a Tristar T100 9mm (Jericho 941 clone) at around $350, then I stumbled upon a Jericho 941 9mm poly for $407 + free shipping. Does anyone know enough about the Jericho to tell me if the extra $50 is worth it. My common sense says go with original rather than a clone but I have heard alot of good things about Tristar/Canik.

They both BNIB or used?
TriStar Arms, Inc. is a primary importer and warrantee shop, not a manufacturer. Their site doesn't say from where. Turkey, apparently. Parts, should you ever need 'em, might be an issue.
Warrantee isn't bad though. Don't think it's transferable if that applies. Mind you, it's also a 'no hand loads' warrantee. MSRP is $480. Don't think $350 is a great bargain though. Same price at several places on-line.
The Jericho is Israel Military Industries. Warrantee is for the original owner only. MSRP is $559. Running $379 and up on Gunbroker. The 941 is a CZ75 clone. Mind you, so is a CZ 75. snicker.

Both new. I've seen the Jericho for just under 500 on gunbroker, even today. I found one at an online dealer brand new for $407 and free shipping.

I don't have one, but I've been looking at them for a while. Like has been mentioned, it's a clone of the CZ 75... which I'm a HUGE fan of. I carry CZ PCRs and P01s, which are basically just CZ 75 variants and I'm happy enough with them so I haven't gone for a Jericho.

However, they DO make a Jericho in 45acp... which is extremely tempting to me. It's on my list (long list) of wanted guns. I'll probably get around to it next year or so.

I'd say go for it.

I did a lot of research on that exact Tristar. The only complaint I've heard is that the finish doesnt hold up well, especially if you do a lot of holster drills.

I agree .45 is the way to go. CDDN has one on sale for $399 but its .40 S&W.

I have read the same reviews about the Tristar finish.

The faux stainless finish on my T-120 is holding up great after a couple years and a couple thousand rounds. Zero sign of wear and I carry it in an Alien Gear IWB holster. Not every day but quite often. I've heard the complaint about some but not all of the black Ceracote finished guns. Love my T-120. The baby Eagle sounds like fun but I don't think I'd pay that much for it being a poly CZ variant. If you want polymer look at the EAA witness. Of course you already have a polymer CZ clone in your SAR.
