Gentlemen, I just switched from Colt 1911s (single column) to Para 14.45 and was using up some stored 200gr.LSWC and 210 gr.LRN (combat reloads) which have been completely feed- and function-reliable with my old favorite Colts. Whoa, I could hardly fill up the the hi-cap mags with both LSWC and LRN, and even then, the followers would occasionally stick to the mag and the rounds just fall out. If half filled, both types would sometimes FTF or Jam halfway between breechface and barrel, I think the rounds are not going up fast enough. I have since changed the springs to Wolf extra power and still there are these jams. Any advices? Any Para 14.45 owner using reloads, can you please advice your LRN and LSWC OALs. I suspect that my reloads for single col.mags(Chips power mags and older versions) for Colts are longer and could not fit well into the double col.mags for Para. HELP.
