J.C.Higgins Model 66 shotgun assembly

I recently got a J.C.Higgins Model 66 auto loader handed to me in pieces and told that I could keep it if I could fix it,well I put it together and when I fired it the fore stock and load tube comes off. I can't figure this out, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank-You!!
