IWI Tavor x95 optic?

I just got a IWI Tavor x95 .223/5.56. I'm looking at getting a Meprolight 21 but I'm not sure what kind of sight for it; triangle, "X', bulls-eye, 5.5/4.3 MOA dot.
I was thinking of getting the 4.3 MOA dot but the IDF use the triangle because if the middle of the triangle is used at 25 yards and the tip of it is used at 100 yards.
Any other suggestions of different sights. I prefer to get one that doesn't us batteries.

Aimpoint t1 micro is what I got on my Tavor. It does take batteries but you can leave it on for 5 years straight and not worry about it dying.
