"Its not America as we have known it before, its changing."

It is most sickening

The most ironic thing I've ever seen in my life was a billboard yesterday that said "Help Protect Freedom - Join the Oklahoma National Guard". That same outfit which was first on the scene to disarm forcibly law-abiding N.O. citizens.

I like to think that I am not the type of person that let's his emotions get the best of him but these clips really get me mad.

Especially the first clip where that fat bastard with a Napolean complex tackles the old woman with an unloaded revolver. I hope everyone of those so called "peace officers" all lose their jobs and get hit with civil suit after civil suit until they are rotting in the poor house.

Who can possibly think it is a good idea to remove honest citizen's primary means of protection during a time of crisis? How in hell could they ever think taking law abiding people's firearms would curb violence?

I understand that there were bands of roving "pirates" taking avantage of people's misfortune and these were the ones they were trying to stop but this was overkill. I cannot see any reason to go into the homes of people and make them leave or take their guns. Talk about misplaced actions and flawed thinking. They were trying to prevent people from being victimized by others by victimizing them first.

If someone is in harms way I believe they have the legal right to remain in harms way if they so chose and they have the right to protect themselves while they are there.

It sort of makes you wonder what happened where there was no video camera present. We are probably seeing a very small number of the actual abuses.

I usually use the cookie rule for things like this.

Meaning that for every cookie you catch your child stealing from the cookie jar, you can bet there were a dozen times you did not catch them.

Heh, reminds me of a lyric from "Flogging Molly - Another Bag Of Bricks" (Great band and song BTW.)

"So when you get to heaven, may the devil be the judge."
