For all of you looking to purchase a new rifle scope it looks like Leupold has pushed the tech down finally. The new VX-2 has finger adjustable turrets, and is available for the CDS dial, and I would imagine they have the old VX-III lense coatings. It appears as well they pushed the old VX-II tech down to the new VX-1 scope. So now you have 1/4 moa click adjusments and I'm sure the VX-II lense coatings as well. This has been Leupolds MO in the past to push down the technology, and I've been waiting for it since the new VX-3 and VXR lines came out.
I think I may have to try a couple of the VX-1 2-7's in the near future!
