When it's cheaper to by .40 rounds than 9mm :eek:

I'm don't mind since I shoot .40, but still. I can get .40 $10 a box less than 9mm right now. Makes feel better about going to the .40S&W over the 9mm. Still buying a .22
 
It's a sad day whenever you have to ship a firearm back to a manufacturer for a defect.:(

It's a sad day when you buy a new gun just so that you can shoot whatever type of ammo it was you found on the empty ammo shelves.
 
It's a sad day when you'd love to shoot your LCP but can't because you don't want to shoot your last two mags worth of ammo for it and God only knows when, or if, you'll find any again.

it's a sad day when you buy a new 380 and it take's two week's to find a box of cartridges to fire it...:eek:..my cousin had that happen to him a few week's back.
 
Was at the gun store yesterday. They had .40 WWB 100 Pax $55.00that is a sad day:eek: Bought a box at Wal-mart for $29.00 now that is mark up:barf:

The freaking post office loses your payment for a new (to me) DW .22. Delaying receipt of the gun and just in general being a hassle.
 
...I look longinly at the ammo shelf longing for a .357 Sig or a .22/250 because I can't find 9mm, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, or any form of .44 to feed my babies.

...The wife and I haunt several stores as a matter of routine with the hope of catching a box or two of .38 Special fresh off the stock order, and I've been tempted to bribe my sister-in-law to loiter at the store until they stock the shelf.

you are buying ammo for a gun you dont even own yet bc you might not be able to find it when you do!

i had a friend do this bc hes planning on purchasing

Hi jd, Here Is my fine State of Delaware we have only 3 countys, from the North to the South they are New Castle, Kent & Sussex. Now when you are goig for your CCW, one of the requirements is that you put an ad in your county News paper, A To whome It may consern type ad, In Sussex County It has to list your name and town that you live In, but for some strange reason In the upper two it has your name and street address and town, How's that for real common sense, If by chance you were a battered woman/man? any you were hiding from someone that would like to drive a stake Into your heart for some unknown reason? and now that you wanted a CCW to maybe save yor life, all the person that was looking for you would have to do Is read the news paper. If you or others don't believe me just look up the CCW laws for Delaware and see for yourself!!! So don't think that you are too far off base! What's the old saying " Watch out for the people that make the rules that don't have to live by them " Good luck!!! Hank D.
 
Hank D, I can't believe thats a requirement.I do believe you but my god IMO thats not only a privacy invasion and seems to me a major security risk.Kinda like putting a personal add in the paper to meet that special someone and your home address is out for the general public and for all the pyschos viewing as well.My god that is just not right and thats beyond just sad thats flat out insane.
